500 grams carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
2 tablespoons Syrian Gourmet Honey (choose your preferred variety)
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Steam or blanch the carrot sticks until they are slightly tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
Add the steamed carrot sticks to the skillet and toss them in the honey glaze until they are well coated.
Cook the carrots for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are glazed and caramelized.
Remove from heat and transfer the honey-glazed carrots to a serving dish.
